These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 92pkru ("92pkru", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 92pkru platform available at 92pkru.cam and all associated services, content and features provided thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

92pkru is an online betting and casino information platform targeting players across Pakistan. The Platform provides educational content on sports betting, live casino games and responsible gambling practices. 92pkru does not operate as a gambling company, does not accept deposits, and does not process real-money wagering transactions directly. All gambling activity occurs through third-party operator platforms that users access independently.

By accessing or using the Platform in any way — whether by browsing, registering an account, submitting information or engaging with any feature — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 92pkru website at 92pkru.cam, all subdomains, associated mobile applications (if any) and all content, features and services made available through them.
• "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" means a registered user profile created on the Platform by a User.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, images, data, information, guides, articles, tools and other materials published on or through the Platform.
• "Operator" means any third-party gambling company or licensed betting platform to which 92pkru may provide informational references.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, statutes and rules applicable to the User in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan), and any other local or provincial legislation governing gambling activity.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan. Any PKR figures referenced on the Platform are illustrative only unless otherwise stated.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means features including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options made available to Users through the Platform or through third-party Operators.

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 18 years or older, or who meet the higher minimum age requirement stipulated by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. By registering an Account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this age requirement.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Platform — and any gambling activity you engage in through third-party Operators referenced on the Platform — is lawful in your jurisdiction. 92pkru does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. We make no claim that online gambling is licensed, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of all associated Accounts.

3.4 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when creating an Account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if any information changes. 92pkru reserves the right to verify the identity of any User at any time and to suspend or terminate Accounts where identity verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

4.1 Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 92pkru grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell any portion of the Platform; (b) use automated tools, scrapers or bots to extract Content; or (c) use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it.

4.2 Informational Nature of Content

All Content provided on the Platform is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, legal advice, gambling advice or any other form of professional advice. Users act on the information provided at their own risk. 92pkru does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of any Content and expressly disclaims all liability arising from reliance on it.

4.3 No Guarantee of Outcomes

Any descriptions of betting strategies, game guides, odds explanations or statistical information on the Platform are illustrative only. 92pkru makes no representation that any described approach will result in financial gain. Gambling involves inherent risk and outcomes are never guaranteed.

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify 92pkru immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

5.2 Account Responsibility

All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you notify 92pkru of any unauthorised use. 92pkru will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

5.3 Account Suspension and Termination

92pkru reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a User has: (a) violated these Terms; (b) provided false or misleading registration information; (c) engaged in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity; or (d) created multiple Accounts in violation of the single account policy.

5.4 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Closure of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the closure date.

92pkru is an information platform and does not directly process deposits, withdrawals or any financial transactions on behalf of Users. Any references on the Platform to deposit methods, withdrawal timelines or payment providers — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as familiar Pakistani payment context for informational purposes only.

All actual deposit and withdrawal transactions are governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party Operator platform. 92pkru accepts no responsibility or liability for any financial transactions conducted through third-party Operator platforms, including any disputes arising from failed transactions, delayed payments or frozen funds.

Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) amounts are referenced on the Platform — for example, minimum deposit thresholds such as PKR 500 or bonus amounts such as PKR 25,000 — these figures are illustrative examples only and are subject to change by the relevant Operator at any time without notice to 92pkru.

Any descriptions of bonuses, promotions, free bets or welcome offers on the Platform are provided for general informational purposes and reflect typical industry structures. These descriptions do not constitute a binding offer by 92pkru or by any third-party Operator.

Bonus terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, expiry periods and maximum withdrawal limits — are set exclusively by the relevant Operator and are subject to change. Users must read and accept the full bonus terms and conditions on the Operator's platform before claiming any offer.

• Wagering requirements described on the Platform are illustrative examples only (e.g., a "30x wagering requirement" is an industry reference, not a guaranteed offer).
• Bonus eligibility is determined solely by the Operator and may vary based on the User's location, payment method and account history.
• 92pkru makes no representation that any described bonus will be available to any specific User or in any specific jurisdiction.
• Users from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and other Pakistani cities must verify bonus availability directly with the relevant Operator.

Users of the Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:

1. Accessing or using the Platform if you are under the age of 18, or below the minimum age required by the relevant operator or license jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
2. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
3. Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Applicable Law;
4. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive the source code of the Platform or any part thereof;
5. Using any automated system, bot, scraper or data-harvesting tool to extract Content from the Platform without express written permission from 92pkru;
6. Engaging in any conduct that could reasonably be construed as harassment, abuse or intimidation of any other User or of 92pkru staff;
7. Uploading or transmitting any virus, malware, ransomware or other harmful code to the Platform;
8. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or any connected system;
9. Reproducing, republishing or commercially exploiting any Content from the Platform without express written consent from 92pkru;
10. Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime in connection with the Platform or any third-party Operator referenced thereon.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or termination and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All Content, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, software, data and other materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of 92pkru or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

The 92pkru name, logo and brand identity are proprietary marks of 92pkru. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to 92pkru. Unauthorised use of any 92pkru intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

You may print or download extracts of Content from the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial reference only, provided that: (a) you do not modify the Content; (b) you acknowledge 92pkru as the source; and (c) no portion of the Content is used in a misleading or defamatory manner.

10.1 Platform Provided "As Is"

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. 92pkru expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10.2 No Liability for Gambling Losses

92pkru shall not be liable under any circumstances for any gambling losses, financial losses, loss of profits, loss of data or any other direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from: (a) your use of or reliance on any Content on the Platform; (b) your use of any third-party Operator platform referenced on the Platform; or (c) any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.

10.3 Third-Party Operator Disclaimer

92pkru has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the practices, terms, functionality or conduct of any third-party Operator. Any disputes, complaints or claims relating to gambling activity, deposits, withdrawals or bonus terms must be directed to the relevant Operator directly.

10.4 Maximum Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 92pkru's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed PKR 5,000 (Pakistani Rupees five thousand), regardless of the form of action or basis of the claim.

92pkru is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can be entertaining when approached thoughtfully, but also acknowledge that it carries the risk of addiction and financial harm. The following principles underpin our approach to responsible gambling on the Platform:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above, or the higher minimum required by the operator or license jurisdiction. We actively encourage Operators to enforce robust age verification processes.
• Deposit and Spending Limits: Users are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits and spending caps through available Responsible Gambling Tools before commencing any gambling activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel they need a break from gambling may utilise self-exclusion options — either time-limited cooling-off periods or permanent self-exclusion — available through Operator platforms.
• Session Management: Setting time limits on gambling sessions is strongly recommended. Regular breaks help maintain perspective and reduce the risk of impulsive decision-making.

Where material changes are made, 92pkru will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users — for example, by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address associated with your Account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it regularly.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 92pkru's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan or any other applicable jurisdiction.

92pkru does not represent that the Platform or any of its Content is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Users who access the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through contact with our support team may be referred to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by 92pkru at its sole discretion.
